The 2 hour long, on campus interview process was unprepared and redundant. I sat with several department managers and Vice Presidents and they all demonstrated a lack of preparation and each asked the same exact questions and had the majority of our time together to spare. I was told I would hear back from the recruiter within a week or so and ended up receiving a generic email a month later stating I was not chosen. Over all I was unimpressed with the interview process, company culture and overall vibe.
