It started out with signing up on their website for a position that you have in mind. If they like you, they will send you an email with links for the next step. From there, you will have to do a cognitive assessment test as well and a personality test. The tests are remotely easy, exactly similar to SAT/IQ test questions. These tests are rather dull and doesn't really have anything to do with my technical skillset. Once you pass that, you will have a phone interview. From the phone interview you have to do the assessment test while a person watches you on a webcam. This is so they hope you are not a cheater. After that, you are referred to the hiring manager. I was not able to get the job. They were offering $12.95/hr for the position.
