I was recruited through LinkedIn directly from PowerObjects Recruiter. After a few calls with him, we set up an interview (phone) with the Director of Delivery. That first interview was postponed, but quickly another was set up with the COO. It was an hour long phone call. I had an official offer in two days following.

Entrevista
The initial phone interview was very casual and conversation covered personal life experience in addition to job experience. The 2nd interview was with management and they also asked questions about personality, as they have a heavy emphasis on culture. Overall, the process moved very quickly and I had an offer within hours of the second interview.
