The interview was all remote over MS Teams video conferencing. There was a test assignment prior where I was given about a week to put together the following: 1) Create 1 static web banner for the product launch 2) Create 1 animated web banner for the product launch 3) Create 1 Intsagram post for the product launch 4) Create a simple (one page or less) brand guideline document you would hand off to an agency who would be creating graphic banners for us going forward. I felt the amount of time and request was reasonable. But since they already liked my resume, portfolio and selected me to do a video interview, I wish they would have compensated me fairly for the amount of work and time put into this test. If this was not an honest company, it would be easy to take these concepts and use them without my knowledge.
