People were nice, campus is beautiful. No masks worn by staff during most interactions with folks on site. Interview was generally fine except for a surprise skills assessment and review, despite being told it was meant to be a casual day of meet and greets - also after already completing multiple virtual interviews and a skills test beforehand. Definitely caught me offguard. Overall, lack of safety precautions, transparency and the interactions with the team felt odd and I ultimately did not accept the offer.
