Two rounds. Each has a partner and an associate or senior. Not very technical, more about competency and background information. Professional process with timely updates and follow up, pleasant experience.

As someone mentioned below, the interview process felt more like an exam than a discussion of work experience and competencies from the CV. It might be more suitable for them to recruit candidates directly from a bachelor’s program, as they would have that kind of knowledge fresh and readily available, rather than candidates with work or research experience. In addition, the process was extremely slow, as it took three months to receive any response or have an interview scheduled. During that time, I received another job offer, which I accepted. Being this slow will only make them lose strong candidates. Overall, the interview was pleasant (apart from the organic chemistry exam part). Coming from Swedish work culture, their tone throughout the process felt posh and elitist, with a clear “we are special and unreachable” attitude, which is not the kind of work environment I want to be part of.
