Very straightforward process. Submitted a company application form on their websites and heard back very shortly thereafter. Single stage interview at the company's headquarters, simple questions such telling them about yourself and why you want to work there.

Name a time you had to multitask difficult situations.
The interview was conducted through zoom and involved answering a series of questions regarding running experience and work ethic. I was asked availability and answered questions about my previous work experience.

Entrevista
The interview was very casual. I actually showed up late by accident and was so nervous I didn't know what to wear. I wore nice clothes, but I didn't really need to. We went into the back room and talked for about 15 to 30 minutes. I spoke with the store manager, but I have heard that other people have interviewed with the general manager in the past.

What is your experience with running?
- They're not going to hire just anyone here. You have to be a runner. If you have any running experience or even if it's a huge hobby for you, then you're good. But if you've never run before and you apply on a whim, odds are you won't get the job.
What is your experience working retail?
- As long as you have good social skills and customer relation skills, that's what they're looking for. If you've never worked in a store before, it might be a factor, but it certainly won't make or break the decision.
