I completed a Zoom interview (with Andrew) and was then asked to complete a detailed, time-consuming assessment—assigned over Thanksgiving weekend. I submitted it promptly (to Jordy) and was told it was received and that I would hear back soon, but I never heard back. Despite multiple follow-up attempts over several weeks, I received no response via phone or email. It’s now been over a year, and I’ve still heard nothing. I hope the company has since improved how it communicates with candidates who invest their time and effort. Based on this experience, I would not consider accepting a job offer from them. Their lack of follow-through speaks volumes about how they may value their employees.
