I found the job on LinkedIn, applied online, and was contacted by the recruiter within days. She was incredibly friendly and helpful, and sold the job well. I made it to the on site interview, the recruiter left very helpful hints on preparing for behavioral questions. The on site interview was comfortable and conversational, though almost all questions were behavioral. None were terribly difficult. I ultimately did not get the job, but props to them. They were well organized and it felt like a great place to work.
