While we don't recognise some of the aspects you mentioned (i.e. we don't have an HR Manager onsite and each of our interviewers ask questions around different topics as a rule), we will of course take this feedback on board and genuinely apologise for you not receiving feedback within a timeframe you felt appropriate. We take candidate experience very seriously and pride ourselves on consistent communication throughout. We have a detailed interview process but not a long one, and we are happy with this. We believe candidates should be given time to meet various people to get a true insight into our business, and ask questions at each stage to make a fully informed decision. The process is 2-3 stages in total, which is standard in the Recruitment industry. We then make a decision within 24 hours of the final stage.
