The interview process was unorganized and disjointed at first but we saved by the use of a competent consultant. Applicants were originally screened but interim staff were used for too long. The hiring board was not necessarily prepared to vet high quality candidates but their use of a consultant and competent legal aid provided necessary support to accomplish the task. Hiring board was focused on community and making the right choice.
