Me postulé a través de una recomendación de un empleado. El proceso tomó 3 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en Porsche (Ludwigsburg, Baden-Wurttemberg) en feb 2015
Entrevista
Last year I was an exchange student in Germany, so I applied for a mechanical engineering internship with Porsche in Stuttgart. I found out about the internship opportunity through my study abroad advisor. I sent in a resume, cover letter and college transcript to the manager of the department that I was applying to directly.
After a week or two I got a call back and was offered an interview. The interview was fairly technical, the job I was applying to was in the repair development department at Porsche, so the questions mostly focused on diagnosis and possible methods for repair.
I got a call back about a week after the interview, and was offered a position. It was pretty short notice, like 2 weeks to move from where I was in Germany to Stuttgart, but it worked out.

If a car with a carbon fiber frame got into a slight fender-bender and had no visible defects afterwards, is it still structurally sound?
How could you verify its structural soundness?
One way recorded interview first, then a panel interview for the most part was somewhat laid back and went over experience on my resume. Definitely research the department and responsibilities to have an understanding of your expectations if you were to get hired.
There is only 1 stage in the whole interview process for interns. Hiring team interview usually held in person, will last about an hour. Come prepared knowing about the brand.
Had a fantastic experience with back-to-back customer support! Three different people asked detailed questions about my experience, making sure everything was covered. Felt valued and well-informed throughout. Highly recommend for excellent interview experiences!
