Normal application process: I received an invitation, the interview took place in Weissach. The interview took place with 2 people from the department. They were really kind offered the "du" directly in the beginning.
The interview process is generally very easy. Basic questions about technical skills like excel, power BI, etc. There are some behavioural questions as well. Overall the process is really easy and fast.
