Phone screen, Sales Assessment then in-person interview at Poppin HQ. Interviewed with Director of Sales and a Sr. Sales Development Representative. The interview process was straightforward. What alarmed me was the attitude of my interviewer. He made unnecessary comments post-interview that indicated that I wasn't taken seriously as a candidate for the role. I felt that I was judged based upon my appearance versus my skills - ability to pursue the role and fit in to company culture. Do better Poppin.

Phone screens that led to video interviews then ultimately the in person. Consistent contact but little description as to what the goals will be to move up within the company. If you are not a self starter it will be a rough transition for you.
