      Entrevista

**Major red flags Three stage process: 1. Interview with the recruiter, 2. Interview with the hiring manager, 3. Case study (very straightforward) with 1-hour interview where you present to the hiring manager and another manager. All of this was pretty standard. However, there are clearly some major issues within the org. On my third (final) interview, it was presumed that I had been told that they would prefer someone willing to work a particular time zone that is not my own (3 hrs difference). This had never been mentioned to me. But they said it was not a requirement, so I didn't think much of it. I was given a verbal offer the day after my final interview. I asked for a few days to consider it. Later that day, I was told that I would be required to work slightly later than I had expected (not a huge deal for me). After the weekend, I was then told that they actually need the position to indeed always work in that time zone. I asked for a few hours to consider this... Within these few hours, they then decided to scrap the whole thing, rescinded the offer and claim they are closing the role. This was an utter waste of time and effort. If this is the candidate experience, I cannot imagine what it must be like to work there. Thankful I dodged a bullet and hope no one else has to experience this.
