The interview was with one of the owners and was really relaxed and typical. No tricky questions, nothing out of the ordinary. The interview was a typical behavioral/personality interview to ensure the candidate is a good fit for the existing values, environment, and staff of the establishment. Key skills/experience they were searching for involve past experience in food establishments, but this was not a requirement as they have a pretty good training program in place to get you situated should you receive an offer.
