I applied on Indeed for the position with customer service and received a call about a week later. The manager gave a detailed description of the job as well as the history of the company and the potential growth. He mentioned that I sounded great on the phone and that he was interested in having me come in for an interview. I came in for the interview a few days later and sat with him and discussed the postion a little more in depth. And then I spoke with one of the senior customer service reps which was a very nice woman and she asked me a few questions about my previous employment and what I did. I was there about 45 minutes and I was offered the job and given the training date.
