In person 2 interviewers, both Help Desk supervisors. Q&A session giving them a basis on my knowledge of both technical ability as well as customer service abilities. Ranging from handling a password reset to taking care of remotely rebooting a server. The 2 Help Desk Supervisors that interviewed me eventually became my first level management team
