Pretty standard process where I applied online, was contacted to give a phone interview and ask general questions about the daily budgets I work with, the types of campaigns I've run, etc. Second interview was with hiring manager and there was more specificity there of course around actual paid media processes. This is an entirely new role for them so all campaigns would be setup from scratch. Huge responsibility and scary depending on your personality and experience at startups!
