Steps: 1) HR call 2) Call with PM 3) In-person case study presentation While the first 2 steps were fairly normal, the case study brief was poorly written and had extremely unrealistic expectations for the 3 days given. It turned out to be a project that the founder was looking to implement, and it became pretty clear that he was much more interested in a free consultation. Avoid interviewing here if you have the option.
