You'll have to do a test of basic math and common sense (about 50 questions in 15 minutes) and then you'll get the interview in the spot. If you get an offer, they'll schedule you to come to explain the company policies, sign paperwork and take a drug and physical test

The interview process consist of you completing safety paperwork, a paper skill assessment and virtual interview onsite. I did not complete the interview because the pay was not what was listed on GlassDoor. It was substantially lower and should be clarified as a Lab Technician position.
