I applied in November with an employee referral. The interview process was smooth and quick, got screened, met with the hiring manager on Zoom, and then associates in person within two weeks. I followed up a week later and got a response saying a decision was still being made. I will know more by the following Monday. However, I did not hear anything. I understand it was right around the holidays, so I waited two more weeks to send another follow-up email. A few hours after I sent it I received a no-reply rejection letter for an application, a bit demoralizing. I was hoping for a more personalized response given the time and effort invested.
