I interviewed for the healthcare litigation practice. The attorneys (practice leads) who interviewed me were generally cold and not interested in me as a person. Go in expecting to do all of the talking.

Moved very quick, spoke with two different attorneys who clearly reviewed my resume and asked targeted questions. I appreciated their time in preparing, interviewing, and following up with me after the initial interview process with HR.
Typical big law interview process. First there was a brief
preliminary/screener interview, then multiple interview rounds with various partners and associates across the offices. The process was kind of lengthy and there was not most communication throughout - I had to reach out a lot to confirm the next steps in the process.
