The interview process could be considered a long winded one, but that is because Pollen's client's have very high expectations.
GIA: This is very important to Pollen as it tests accuracy and speed, it is designed well to mirror the situation of people put on a new project with a new client. AKA ability to handle and process a lot of new information. If you cannot pass this (85%) then it is company policy to not take the recruitment process any further.
Business Case: This involves 3 client scenario questions around logic, advanced maths but mostly common sense. As with the GIA, if you do not excel in this, there is no point taking the interview process any further.

Entrevista
Applied on Seek, got a phone call from a young office manager who just called to book in a teams meeting with herself and a consultant. Didn't get a teams meeting request but instead had a phone interview with a graduate who seemed highly unprepared for a professional level interview. He seemed shocked that I came prepared and researched the company. Progressed to the GIA assessment, was ghosted after it. Only found out I didn't progress further after enquiring after a few weeks, didn't get a reason why.
It was evident this is a young company who takes recruitment so seriously that they get their interns / graduates to manage it. Almost didn't want to do the assessment based on my experience with my interviewers. They seem to have no issues wasting your time to do a assessment for 45 mins, a majority of which is logic, reasoning and uncovering puzzles and shapes, it considerably longer than any other online interview assessment ever done.
