The entire process from submitting my resume to in-person interview took about three weeks. I showed up at their location and had to wait because my contact couldn't be located. After about 20 minutes he came through the door, took me on a tour of the facility, introduced me to a few people, and then we went into a small conference room to wait for the VP. He was also late (which was a hint at their disinterest) but showed up after about 15 minutes. The actual interview was very casual and more of a basic conversation than actual questions. Incredibly personable employees throughout the entire interview, but their overall procedure seemed rather unprofessional.
