Not taking interview and not telling any time when they will contact you atleast they have a duty to fix some time for the interview atleast
But they call when they want after 3 4 days at their suitable timing ,and what they says after calling that we are not providing work from home when its on we will contact you so if you are not providing then why you write their work from home available in the advertisement

Well, my interview was over in 20 mins.
But, my other friends had to wait for 6 hours or so.
I was asked technical questions.
Such as sell me a credit card.
What would you do in case of an aggressive customer.
