Worst Interview Process, Irresponsible HR team. They just send salary Breakup in mail and say consider this as offer letter. When you ask for offer letter, they just say consider this mail as an offer letter and will give you hard copy of offer letter on the date of your joining. Also they ask a candidate to join in 7 days while a candidate is saying his/her notice period is one month. They dont provide a good salary also. Dont waste your time with Policybazaar

They ask normal Java, Spring, Mongo (basically from your CV)
There were 2 interview rounds, first round had .NET questions and a bit of resume go through. And they asked a lot of trick C# coding questions and a rank SQL question. In the second round, I was asked about deep dives into .NET Core concepts such as OOPS, Middleware, DI
In the interview they asked 3 Easy dsa questions: 1) Find the second greatest element in a given array
2) Merge 2 sorted arrays .
3) Find the max element in an array

The interview process lacked structure and transparency. There were delays in communication, and feedback was not provided on time. The interviewers seemed unprepared, and the questions were inconsistent with the job description. Overall, it felt disorganized and unprofessional.
