Got asked 7/8 questions on general competency
Wanted to use examples from application but got told to use different ones which was strange
Done my interview 2023.
Formal. 2 interviewers, interview is designed to put a fair amount of pressure on you to see how you can handle it.
Although formal, they were quite nice. Happy to chat before the interview begun.
If you're successful in the interview they'll then test you for drug use. Taking a hair sample and sending it away for analysis.

Competency based question, based on the CVF (you should study the CVF before interview)
Tell me a time you dealt with an emotionally sensitive situation.
There may be situational questions too. A what would you do in this situation type of thing. Mostly common sense but they do change the situation to put pressure on you which is tricky.

Entrevista
Incredibly long and arduous, and lacks a great deal of common sense. The process, for the most part, is conducted in person, but requires a constant level of following up with recruitment in order to move anything forward.
