The interview started with an orientation video, then there was a test, that was mostly basic stuff. Then there was GD, followed by personal interview. The job they were offering was a managerial job, with no fixed work hours. And the entire interview process was to see if candidates would find it acceptable to work in that environment. It is a granite and artificial stone manufacturing company and they needed management staff. The video shown was mostly introduction about their company. The interview questions were basic chemical engineering stuff, not at all difficult. There was a general GD on a topic we were asked to choose. The interview was non technical, and the questions were only about my resume
