The initial interview was held via phone interview and I was asked about the usual interview questions. If you pass the initial interview they well schedule you for the the assessment which is consist of behavioral, logical, and reading comprehension. Once you pass the assessment they will schedule for a final panel technical interview. for my case I was interviewed by one person only and asked about Why Pointwest and some technical terms.
