Me postulé a través de una recomendación de un empleado. El proceso tomó 2 meses. Acudí a una entrevista en Point72 (Londres, Inglaterra) en ene 2014
Entrevista
the process started with a number of phone interviews with several people: portfolio managers, business managers, HR, future colleagues. After that first round, I had to pass web based personality and quantitative test (similar to GMAT, without a time limit though). After evaluation of the results, HR comes back to you for a thorough due diligence and then contract negotiation.

they generally want to know how your investment thinking and skills are like, in detail. general, common place answer will not do. They are looking for hard skills. The quantitative test is not that hard, you need high school algebra and calculus to solve the problems. But those skills might be a bit rusty if you have not used them in a while.
Interview process was straightforward and professional. It included an initial screening, followed by conversations focused on background, fit, and relevant skills. The interviewers were generally prepared and asked practical questions related to the role. Overall, the process was organized, though timelines and communication may vary depending on the team.
