Initial background check and aptitude test after online application. The test was very accounting heavy. Was then followed by a hireview interview. Hireview section had three questions, around 5 minutes given to answer all three questions.
Standard, typical hedge fund questions, also some hypothetical scenarios like what wld u long or short w rates gg up, also stuff like what’s your biggest failure etc etc. would prepare a stock pitch

first round hr asked about stock inteersted in got rejcted here they also stock ideas and otehr themes in market can tell i had learnt stuff for the interview.Tough but was possible if goo drveision was done
