Talked to HR, did Hackerrank test, and scheduled an onsite interview. The interviewers picked the time, but canceled the interview 3 hours before the interview on the day for "holiday schedule" and said they would follow up mid next week. No response in the following week so I followed up, was told they reevaluated the need and changed the scope of the role. I didn't feel being respected in the process as a candidate.
