After having passed the screening I received a test to complete. I passed it and I was called by Dartmouth partners. I had communication problems with the recruiter who called me, so the call failed. For 3 weeks I called Dartmouth partners and she was never at the office plus she never replied to emails. I succeeded in getting in touch with her and had a 1st round of about 30 minutes. The day after I had a Skype call of 45 minutes. After having performed well in those steps I received an email from point72 asking to complete another test and a video interview. The test was terrible: random questions about your mental thoughts trying to find if you "fit" in the company and how likely you are to commit a fraud (?????). The video interview was easy. After 2 weeks I received the rejection. My concerns are two: -how professional is Dartmouth partners in not answering to emails? -why US candidates do not have the long interviews with Dartmouth partners but directly go to the video interview?
