The interview was a long process which included a phone screen, one on one with the General Manager, a group interview with the CEO, Engagement Leader and General Manager as well as other candidates, shadowing with team members and finally a background check/personality test. The whole process took about two months from the first step to signing an offer letter.

2 step interview process. A phone call followed by a group interview. The phone call last about 10 minutes. General questions were asked, including salary expectations. I asked for the salary on the initial job listing and was offered slightly lower with the promise of earning that much with overtime. I was asked to complete a personality test after the call. The second interview was a group interview.
