Recruiters were available for questions and scheduling within 30 minutes of each of my emails. The people I spoke to who would be working with this position were not experts in what EAs do, but that's common when your role requires that you do a little of everything, but they knew what they needed help with and were able to answer my questions about company culture and the executives that would be supported.
