First I had a phone interview, then I had to take personality quiz, and then I had another phone interview, then an in-person interview. The interview went really well. It was questions about how I reflect the company values, and then they gave me an article to read and had a practice teach about what I learned as if they were a client. The person interviewing me told me I had one of the best interviewing skills they had seen in a long time. But had recently filled the positions that I was interviewing for. For a company that talks about transparency, this one didn't feel very transparent.
