I met first with the President, then the President and COO together, and then with the Founder/CEO. Each of these was an hour and a half or so, with lots of questions on my reasons for being interested and about how my experience would serve to make me effective in the role. The founder then introduced me to one of his key investors who also serves on the Board, and finally I met with the whole executive team in one of their planning meetings so they could see how i interacted with the team as a whole.
