They start off with a basic phone screening and have you walk through your resume just to get an idea of what type of person you are. They want people that aren't afraid to throw themselves out there and really take on new challenges. The second stage is a FaceTime interview and it asks questions as to why you would want to work for Pocket Points and your experience. Its a very easy interview process so just relax and you'll crush the interview
