Entrevista
Initial technical Phone screen, plus an additional 4 rounds of in person technical rounds which is too many. The initial hiring screen is done by the Hiring manager. The rest of the interviews are purely technical with one last round with the director which is mostly about the comfort level working in an Agile environment.
