Basic questions. Digs into whether you can provide great customer service or not. Screened on the phone and then scheduled for a one on one interview.
I also had to take a basic skills test(took 2 minutes) and fill out an application.

Entrevista
A 14 year old with no job experience could have passed. Very basic, broad questions that you really don't need to prepare for. I feel like as long as you don't answer negatively, you will get hired. For example: how would you handle an irate customer?
Anything besides "Hang up on them." Would be acceptable.

Entrevista
Very brief, usually you will be question by two supervisors or members of upper management. With minimal questions and a computer typing test, you will then be sent off to do drug testing.

Entrevista
The interview was easy, you show up looking nice, resume and cover letter in hand and you complete a small test. This test was easy and I scored perfect marks. If you have any common knowledge of computers and how they work you'll be fine.
