I applied via Linkedin using the Easy Apply feature and a Director of Engineering reached out to me on Linkedin asking me to apply through Workday. From there, the HR coordinator was in touch right away to set up a virtual interview with two software engineers that would be my potential coworkers. For the interview, I needed to bring in a code sample to walk through and I was asked some technical questions related to Python. The following day, my recruiter was in touch to talk about next steps and I was sent a personality and cognitive assessment. The assessments do need to be completed before you can be extended an offer and you have five business days to finish it, but it’s fairly short and there are plenty of resources online to help you prepare. A few days after completing my assessment, my recruiter was in touch to extend an offer. Overall, the process was smooth, streamlined, and everyone was very transparent and communicative.
