Multi step, multi interview process. First was approximately 30 minute phone call with HR person. Didn’t get past that. I was told a video interview with the department hiring manager and then an offer. I was not contacted after the initial interview after being told I have the most experience that has applied. After trying to follow up and schedule a second interview, I was told the department manager wont do more interviews beyond who he had already met in weeks prior regardless of experience or qualifications.
