I interviewed for the position of Product Support Representative. After the initial interview with the Hr discussing prior experience and projects, the next two interviews were set up with Product Managers. Everything was going right and constant communication was taking place with the Hr. Until, I gave the third round(last round according to the HR) after which no one got back to me and it has been 2 weeks since. This is completely unprofessional and seems dodgy. I'm glad I am not selected in such a company who doesn't how to value candidates. I can't imagine how the culture and work enviroment must be by just judging the attitude of the people working there. No wonder ex employees are complaining about the company so much, its these kind of small things that define a company, All you had to was show some more sincerity and the least you can do while hiring them is PROPERLY communicate with them with their application as lastly they are on the prospect of joining your firm. Never thought of such an experience nevertheless I'm glad I'm not working here!

3 rounds HR, technical, assessment, Was conducted appropriately in the right time without any delyaed communication. Completed all three rounds in a week and all the updates on the intreview was provided upon seeking constructive feedback.
