      Entrevista

*save yourself now, apply somewhere else* Round 1- Take an online cognitive assessment and personality assessment. Round 2- Screening with recruiter Round 3- Interview with manager Round 4- Spend 3 hours putting together a data presentation for a hiring panel. The presentation is the final interview. Recruiter told me salary in screening call. Process was great up until the final round. First, one of the company leaders was eating chips like my interview was a tv show. I've had hiring managers eat in my interviews before, but they'll address it and still show interest. This person did neither. It's disrespectful to expect candidates to have a professional appearance when it's not reciprocated by the hiring team. Second, the hiring manager asked me one of the same questions in the final presentation interview that he asked me in my 3rd round interview. Referencing that because I was young, people in the company who are older may not trust the data that I present to them. "What have you done at a time when someone didn't trust your data?" To me, this question says more about the company and the people that work there than me. #shockinglyrude Third, I never heard back after the final interview. I emailed the recruiter twice and told them I had another offer so needed to know a timeline. 6 weeks later, I still never heard back on if I got an offer. I understand why companies feel like they can't respond to all candidates after their initial apply, because they don't have capacity to get back to everyone. However, after asking a candidate to spend 7+ hours on your interview process, you owe them the decency of giving them a real answer. #extremelyinconsiderate
