Made it to final round. First 2 rounds are a short case exercise and behavioral, final round was a call with a partner. Didn’t get internship but got guaranteed early final round interview for full time recruiting.

Applied online and was invited to a multi-stage interview process. The first stage included a market sizing exercise, where I was asked to estimate the number of teachers in the UK and explain my assumptions. The second stage was a case study related to the events industry and required structured problem-solving and commercial thinking. The final round consisted of a case interview and a behavioural interview covering my background, motivation for consulting, and previous experiences. Interviewers were professional and friendly throughout the process.
