1 hour Webex technical interview, asked questions about myself and about my current job, asked to resolve 2 exercises
30 mins Webex interview with the project manager, asked about myself and described the project
The process consists of HR discussion and then 2 technical stages, 1 phone screening (45 min) and another one more focused on solving a problem (data structures & algorithms) + system design round
The experience includes three stages: an HR discussion to understand candidate fit, a technical discussion to assess skills and expertise, and an offer discussion covering role, benefits, and salary negotiation.
