In-person interview at a job fair. It was a tiered interview process, we were first asked qualifying questions about experience and how to handle customer situations, then you moved on to playing games with other candidates (giant Jenga). The whole time managers are watching you, so make sure you communicate and have fun! After games, they grouped candidates together and gave us scenarios to play with and made us decorate a birthday table if all went well you got a job offer.
