Utterly disappointed. Waste of time. There were total 3 rounds of interviews which went on for nearly 2 months. Recruiters are unprofessional. First round was with recruiter, it lasted for nearly 40 minutes. After that they scheduled an interview with a Principal Animator and a senior Animator. The second round went nearly 1 hr. We discussed various topics, I felt pretty positive about the interview. After second round I received email saying , team is very happy with me and they want to do a third round with Principal Tech Animator, Senior Programmer, VFX lead and Principal Designer. The third round was for 1.5 hr. Everyone was talking so nicely and throughout the interview we talked about my previous experiences and other situation based question answers. I felt they were happy with my response. After third round it took them nearly 2 weeks to respond that they chose someone else, that too when I enquired about the result. Recruiter doesn’t even want to send an follow up/ acknowledgement email, It’s just shows how poor professional they are. Super disappointed.
