Applied online via their jobs website. I was then contacted by a lady who gave me information regarding an online test I would have to complete as part of the first stage in the process. After I returned the test, I was notified within two working days that unfortunately I had not passed that stage. I asked for feedback on my test so that I could improve and they kindly gave me pointers on what to improve within two working days. Very satisfied with my experience with them - always polite, quick, and as nowadays hearing feedback from companies hard to come by, I was over the moon to have received very good constructive criticism from them.
